DEXTER GORDON “Doin’ Allright” Blue Note 84077, RVG, Stereo Vinyl

This is the circa 1970/71, “RVG STEREO” stamped pressing of DEXTER GORDON’s “Doin’ Allright” on the “Liberty UA” labels of Blue Note BST 84077.

VINYL has Excellent gloss. Plays clean. Super dynamic. No distortion.  No skips. Small warp but tracks fine at 1.9 grams. Clean and powerful music signal throughout. Occasional pop or tick, none consistent. All analog Rudy Van Gelder sound that you only get with a pre-1979 pressing.  The labels are clean with some small writing. See photos.

JACKET is in very nice shape, corners worn. Seams and spine SOLID. Back jacket CLEAN. Please see photos.

This LP was play-tested on a high-end audio system. RECORD CLEANED ON ULTRASONIC CLEANER.
