Deluxe limited edition reissue from Music Matters. Two 180g Virgin Vinyl LPs packaged in a heavy gatefold sleeve. Cut from the original master tapes and mastered by Kevin Gray & Steve Hoffman at AcousTech. Limited to only 2500 copies, this may well be the definitive reissue of this Blue Note Jazz classic.
Record is new and sealed in it's original plastic sleeve. Perforation is completely intact. NO flaws or blemishes... 100% MINT!
Review: Dexter Gordon connects immediately with the sublime rhythm section of Kenny Drew, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones on this, his second Blue Note album. The material ranges from Drew originals to pieces from Gordon’s score for the Los Angeles production of "The Connection" to stunning performances of the standards "The End Of A Love Affair" and "Smile." "Landslide," Dexter’s tribute to Harold Land, is added to complete the session.

Records are shipped in a protective plastic sleeve with the record on the outside of the jacket to prevent jacket-splitting. All records will be shipped in heavy duty cardboard with pads on either side for added protection. More valuable albums will be double-boxed for added protection. Shipping prices below are for single records. Multiple record sets and combined shipping of more than one auction will be based on weight and package size. In that case, please wait for an invoice to be sent before issuing payment.
Shipping for records within the USA is $4.00 for the first LP and $2.00 for each additional LP sent at the same time. These will be sent USPS Media rate with "Delivery Confirmation" which guarantees a tracking number.
