DEPECHE MODE - 'A PAIN THAT I'M USED TO'
SUPER RARE 12" PROMO WHITE LABEL with PRESS SHEET!
MUTE RECORDS, PL12BONG36, UK 2005.
This is an EXCLUSIVE remix 12" from 2005. ONLY 50 copies of these mixes officially exist on PROMO VINYL format. The mixes featured are experimental techno outfit Bitstream's treatments of 'A Pain That I'm Used To.' And what remixes they are! Minimal, slinky and pretty damn sexy... filtered bass lines, with Dave's vocal like a ghost in the digital wind!
What makes this listing even more special is the RARE original, OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE for this DJ only release. The Press release, shown on a seperate photograph details the forthcoming format information for the single, plus tour information. A real COLLECTORS ITEM.
TRACKLIST is A) 'A Pain That I'm Used To' Bitstream Threshold Mix and AA) 'A Pain That I'm Used To'Spansule Mix.
CONDITION OF DISC: NEAR MINT. The Vinyl playing surface is glossy and shiny black. There are no needle marks, no groove wear and the pressing itself is fabulously thick and heavy. There is a light paper scuff on side AA from the paper insert, but this is PURELY SUPERFICIAL and most sellers wouldn't even mention it! (I DO like to be thorough!!!). The playing surface is damn near factory perfect beside this! The LABELS, which are white, have some very light spindle marks on them which only show under strong light. There is a pressing sticker on side A with track information and the PROMOTIONAL depeche mode reversed font.
CONDITION OF SLEEVE/INSERT: EXCELLENT: The Promotional 12" sleeve is near perfect, with only some slight wear to the top right hand corner. The spine, with some tasteful fonts, is entirely intact. The PRESS INSERT has some slight creasing, but you can see from the photo that this is very light and that the press release is NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY!
