All Beach Boys collectors, indeed all serious music collectors, will know exactly how rare a record this is. Dennis Wilson's rogue and impossibly scarce solo single made in 1970, long before Pacific Ocean Blue, and released between Sunflower and Surf's Up when the BB's were at a low ebb in their career. It sank without trace and has only in recent years been rightly re-evaluated with Dennis himself recognised as a huge talent in his own right. 
Only ever available in a handful of countries - remaining unreleased even in America - I have never seen another copy of this in all my years of collecting. Many Beach Boy fans don't even know of its existence until it was included on the Feel Flows box set. Here is a very, very rare opportunity to own an original UK vinyl copy from over half a century ago. Not only that but it is a DEMO copy. 
The vinyl is genuine VG+, maybe better, with a few hairlines here and there but nothing serious and certainly nothing that effects play. Indeed, as the winner of this auction will discover, the sound is absolutely astounding - bolder and brighter than on any of the (few) reissues that have gathered it in over the decades. It has that clarity that only old 45s can bring.
The green UK Stateside demo labels labels are super clean and vibrant, no writing, dirt or stickers. Both sides are marked, "Demonstration Record - Not For Sale" and have the proposed release date of 4th December 1970 above the catalogue number. (Though how anyone thought this classic 'down period' Beach Boys sound would be a Christmas hit is mind boggling!)
The disc comes in its original and correct company birth bag.
All in all this is the sort of 45 that the word "Rarity" barely does justice to. It is a great lost artefact from one of greatest artists of the period. I cannot imagine another surfacing anytime soon.
