GRADING:

M-:This is a record that looks almost perfect.          

VG ++: This record is basically as nice as the M- record, but it might have 1 or 2 very slight imperfections. 

VG +:  A very nice record, but it may show slight signs of wear. Light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience.

VG :  A nice record, but it will have more of the obvious flaws than a record in VG + condition would have.

I NEVER LIST A RECORD AS MINT OR NM NOR DO I LIST LESS THAN VG UNLESS UNUSUALLY RARE.
