You are bidding for a CLASSIC UK 60'S ROCK 'N' ROLL LP record by DEL SHANNON called RUNAWAY WITH DEL SHANNON, issued in the UK on the LONDON AMERICAN record label in 1961, cat number HA-X2402 (PLUM AND SILVER LABEL). Side 1; MISERY, DAY DREAMS, HIS LATEST FLAME, THE PROM, THE SEARCH, RUNAWAY . Side 2; I WAKE UP CRYIING, WIDE WIDE WORLD, I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, LIES, HE DOESN'T CARE, JODY. The record is in excellent condition with excellent labels. The record has little wear with few slight scuffs and few slight surface scratches and plays with no jumps and clicks and a minimum of surface noise. The original picture sleeve is also excellent with no marks, just very slight fraying to the spine and no creases.the inner sleeve with pictures , there is a small name in biro to the rear. CLASSIC ROCK AND ROLL ALBUM from DEL SHANNON, featuring his first big hit with his falsetto style, and some classic 60's rock and roll tracks. DEL SHANNON had a series of big hits starting off with RUNAWAY and continuing through the sixties(LITTLE TOWN FLIRT, HATS OFF TO LARRY) with his high falsetto style, t. RARE in good condition, from my own collection.
