DEL JONES "POSITIVE VIBES" LP -- On Hikeka Records, DM-68474. This is the original 1973 U.S. private pressing LP - NOT A REISSUE. Second mix with horns and percussion added. Monster record with all great original songs!!! This is the guaranteed original pressing in a thick cover on heavy vinyl!!! Only a couple hundred originals were made. The cover is in superb shape: bright and clean, still protected by the cellophane shrink wrap! There is NO significant age wear, NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks of any kind. The vinyl is in NM condition (beautiful gloss)! Does have a very minor inherent hiss between tracks and on the run out grooves; this is a characteristic of these small privately pressed records and in no way affects the enjoyment of the playing music. Slight dish warp has absolutely no effect on play. The songs are: Vibe-ing Theme; Prelude Ta Hell; Needle 'N Spoon; Cold Turkey; Soul Of Black Folks; Court Is Closed; Inside Black America; Times Are Hard, Friends Are Few.~ See my other eBay auctions of similar collectible LPs!! ~
