Rare 1969 South African first press of Deep Purple’s The Book of Taliesyn LP, pressed on the green Harvest label (SHVLJ 751)
The gatefold sleeve is in VG+ condition overall. Pretty immaculate front sleeve ; the back has a light touch of ring-wear ; small patches of laminate peel here and there at the right edges. The black and white gatefold inside, with artist’ pictures, is in very nice shape!
The vinyl is also in VG+ condition, close to EX. Very nice glossy shine with barely any heavy marks, just very faint, minimal hair-lines on both sides to indicate a carefully played LP. The centre labels are in excellent condition.
A great addition for Deep Purple collectors worldwide, and a rare find in very good condition indeed.
