DEEP PURPLE - IN ROCK. SCARCE 1ST UK PRESSING LP. CATALOGUE SHVL777 STEREO.
HARVEST 1970. NO EMI ON LABEL. THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD.... ETC ON LABEL RIM ~
UK PRESSING. A//2, B//1 MATRIX PRESSING.
THERE IS DATE CODING FOR THE COVER'S PRINTING: '7006' WHICH MEANS 'June, 1970'.
The first issue gatefold cover was printed by 'Garrod & Lofthouse', alongside their credits on the inside of the cover is, '7006', used in coded format as the date the cover was made. June '70' was the date of release of this LP.
CONDITION- BOTH LABELS: ARE EXCELLENT, SHARP AND BRIGHT AND SHOW A LITTLE SIGN OF PLAY. NO WRITING FADING OR TEARS.
CONDITION- SLEEVE: GATEFOLD, LAMINATED. NEAR EXCELLENT, NO TEARS OR WRITING. SPINE HAS SOME WEAR, OTHERWISE EXCELLENT WITH NO SPLITS. CONDITION- RECORD: OVERALL VERY NEAR EXCELLENT VISUALLY AND AUDIBLY. CLEAN AND SHINY.
EMI INNER SLEEVE. VERY GOOD CONDITION.
