This is a nice and historic collectible, especially in this condition and on this ORIGINAL ISSUE lable - without the 'EMI' box above the 'HARVEST' on the lable!
Some excellent early DEEP PURPLE tracks such as "SHIELD" and "Listen, Learn, Read On" make this a very desirable recording from their earliest days.
Deep Purple recently toured Europe, and perhaps they deserve the kind of attention The Rolling Stones receive for their longevity. People certainly regard the prowess of founder member Richie Blackmore very highly! Rod Evans sang vocals in the group, Nick Simper on drums, Ian Paice on drums, and of course ex-Artwoods keyboard man Jon Lord capably handled the ivories.


The vinyl grades VG++ and plays EX, without any issues whatsoever.
Lables are bright and clean VG++, some spindle-marks only
The wonderful laminated gatefold-sleeve cover is also VG++ to EX
