Description

This is an official EMI double vinyl limited edition version of Deep Purple's classic album "Machine Head" on purple vinyl. Purchased in 1997 on release by myself and rarely played as I also purchased the CD version. The catalogue number is 7243 8 59506 1 2

The album was released to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the original issue in 1972. It comes in a gatefold sleeve, similar to the original and with two inner card sleeves and lyric sheet that contain some excellent background to the making of the album written again by Simon Robinson. The album has been digitally remastered from the original tapes. Both vinyl and sleeve are in excellent condition and near mint.

The two LP's  contains the original album remastered, the original album remixed by Roger Glover plus Quadraphonic remixes of Maybe I'm a Leo and Lazy.
