This is the 1990 classic Death Metal album Death - Spiritual Healing on original vinyl from Combat Records.
I am not an experienced vinyl grader and have no turntable to test it but this is its condition:
Sleeve and insert are good. The disc has light surface marks and some scuffs so may play with a crackle.
