I haven't been too big of a fan of DCFC so was surprised how much I liked this album that I kept repeating it for an entire afternoon.
This album has some dark lyrics as if someone is pouring their heart out yet trying to sustain themselves from being too obvious. Very clever and different choice of words.
It is produced by the guy who produces Muse so you can see elements of the Muse sound, even though the subject matter is dark, the music is pretty uplifting and moody specially the guitar work.
Other than Hold No Guns, pretty much everything is very good with the highlights being "Good Help"; Black Sun; Little Wanderer; Ghosts; Ingenue; No Room and Ceiling
