LP Distributed at Third Man Records Grand Opening Night in Nashville, TN. All art work done by the band members themselves; this one is signed and painted by Baby Ruthless (Alison Mosshart) who is an artist herself.

There's also a photo booth at Third Man Records and each record holds a special strip to include with the individual handpainted LP.

This is the first test pressing of Third Man Records, never sold and by invitation only.
