DAY OF PHOENIX, WIDE OPEN N-WAY ORIG UK PROG PSYCH LP Original UK Greenwich GSLP-R.1002 from 1971. Fantastic and Super Rare best UK pressing of this Danish Progressive Folk Rock Masterpiece LP. NM / M- (Record / Cover) Record has seen very little play and careful handling. It is Near Mint and plays Mint to Near Mint with super high quality dynamic sound from start to finish. The record is very thick and heavy. The labels have a couple of very light spindle marks, otherwise they are clean. The very fragile gatefold cover fragile is really nice and NM to M- in every way, the only wear is a little just starting on the bottom and top edges. There are no edge creases and the spine is very nice (M-). The color on the front photo and rich purple/blues on the back are really vivid and beautiful. The inside gatefold is Near Mint to M- also. The LP comes with an early unmarked paper inner sleeve, I am not sure if it is original to the LP but it looks like it could be. Please excuse rather poor photo in outdoor lighting was overexposed using my 35 mm camera on a sunny day, the colors are much richer and darker in person. Insurance is available, on request, to US buyers for an additional charge & is recommended, especially on higher priced items. The cost is $1.35 up to $50 value & $2.25 up to $100 value.
