SELDOM SEEN IMPORT 7" WITH PICTURE SLEEVE...I BELIEVE THE NCB NOTATION DENOTES A NORWEGIAN IMPORT. THIS IS A MUST HAVE VINYL GEM FROM DAVID BOWIE!!! SLEEVE IS IN VERY GOOD+/VERY GOOD++ CONDITION AND THE VINYL IS IN NEAR MINT MINUS CONDITION. (looks basically un played)
