Extra info obtained from the internet about this LP: "This is a rare and extremely limited 1990 RYKO Ziggy Stardust vinyl LP and CD Promotional only press kit. This brilliantly packaged promo press kit contains the remastered dynoflex vinyl LP and Rykodisc 16 track picture disk CD inside a plastic pouch on the interior of the gatefold cover. Also included is an official RYKO press sheet of information, a photocopy of the Roling Stone's article which ranked Ziggy Stardust as the 6th best album of the last 20 years, and lastly an excellent glossy black & white promotional photograph containing two 1972 images of David Bowie as Ziggy Stardust. This excellent mega rare David Bowie promotional press kit was only pressed in very small quantities - you rarely see this item for sale."
CONDITION: LP is NM, with no scuffs, scratches, or spindle wear. The gatefold jacket is VG+, with no seam splits. There is corner wear on all 4 corners. The front and back of the jacket retains a nice gloss, and the color is still bright. There is light ring wear on the front and back of the jacket. There is a crease in the front lower left corner and a crease in the front lower right corner of the jacket. There is a crease on the back of the jacket in the lower left corner. PLEASE NOTE: the front of the interior plastic pouch has adhered to the face of the CD. I cannot remove the CD from the pouch to examine it's condition. CD can be carefully removed, but doing so peels off the surface ink printed on the face of the CD. Please take this into consideration before bidding. This is a nice set, and would be a great addition to any David Bowie collection!
COMMENTS: Side 1: ETCHED MATRIX: 28472(3) with DYNO 1 A etched farther down in the dead wax. Side 2: ETCHED MATRIX: 28473(3) with DYNO 1 B etched farther down in the dead wax.
