No catalog number on jacket, no country of origin, though spine has artist & title and Slaughtered Lamb ©1990 printed on it. Each record has its own catalog number printed on each label as such:

Record 2: Volume Two ZII (6141)
Record 3: Volume Three ZIII (6142)
Sides of each "volume" are appropriated by a large red capital "A" or "B" printed in the center over the hole.

Back of jacket lists tracks sequentially from 1-30 and does not indicate which tracks are on which LP. No tracks listed on labels. No track times are listed either. Except for "volume 1," LPs were pressed with no separation between tracks.

Misprints include:
