The cover is original "RCA". The label is preserved with some small wear (see picture).. The vinyl is clean with some small details visual. The recording has some surface noise without affecting sound quality. The sound is Very Good .  The song "Space Oddity" is rare, it was edited recording in this single. The song was suppressed the guitar introduction. The song has a shorter duration.
