Description
DAVID BOWIE - The Man Who Sold The World (Mercury 1970, Germany).
GENUINE ORIGINAL GERMAN FIRST PRESS IN STUNNING CONDITION!
I doubt you’ll find a nicer copy!
Awesome collector piece for David Bowie and 70s heavy rock collectors alike.
FANTASTIC acid guitar on top of ground breaking music anchored by HEAVY drums and bass…it will forever be in my ‘top ten HEAVIES’ list….and this particular issue in the ‘top ten coolest covers’ list as well…this is the issue to have, no doubt – the original German issue!
The matrix is stamped with ‘machine type’ letters (see picture).
The fragile cover and inner are in excellent condition with only the slightest wear on the seams, the labels are in NM condition and the record in excellent or better condition except for 2nd song ‘All The Madmen’ on side 1 that has a short thin scratch that clicks for approx ten revolutions in the quiet part – otherwise only the inevitable hairlines from the inner.
Postage is extra - for example within the USA; 7 USD via priority mail (insurance extra), elsewhere 13 USD via air mail (insurance extra).
Accepted payment methods; PayPal or money order payable in USA.
Please ask if you have any questions!
THANKS for looking - GOOD LUCK and have a GREAT day!
