[GRADING]
Vinyl Record: G / G – A-side has tiny/small, B-side has small noises over 16 times
Picture Sleeve: VG
Inner Sleeve: VG+
My Grading is Near Mint (NM) / Very Good Plus (VG+) / Very Good (VG) / Good Plus (G+)
/ Good (G) / Poor (P) which is basically same grading of the Record Collector's Guild.

[COMMENT]
Japanese/English lyrics liner note on backside of the Sleeve.
The word ‘SAMPLE RECORD’ in Japanese on the WHITE LABEL.
Also, there is a stamp ‘SUPER HEAVY ROTATION SINGLE’ and date of release on the sleeve.
(This single was kept in Japanese radio station. That’s why.)
[About PROMO CD and Record]
There are very light brownish stains by ages on backside of the sleeve.
Except this, the sleeve is VG+ condition.
This is Japanese 1st Edition and Discontinued 7 inch W/L Promo Single!!!

According to RARE RECORD & CD PRICE GUIDES,
the value of this single is ￡50.00 (Dealers average price).
Just in case, this value is for NORMAL single. My single is W/L PROMO.
Also, according to one of Famous Web Record/CD seller
who always put 1 page AD on RECORD COLLECTOR magazine,
they are selling this W/L PROMO single for ￡100.00.

Just in case, THIS W/L PROMO SINGLE IS RARELY SEEN EVEN IN JAPAN.
So don’t miss a chance to get one of RARE item for
your DAVID BOWIE collection!!!

Please note: In Japanese Auction web site, it is quite common to put the starting price
as ￡5.00 (1,000 Yen) if the single is PROMO / WHITE LABEL PROMO /
PROMO ONLY. I can say 80% of Japanese seller are doing this and then price will
go up (it depend on how rare the single is).
Also, they will put ￡5.00 (1,000 Yen) as starting price even normal released one
if the single is original 1st Edition and not often seen even in Japanese Auction site.
Whether you believe or not, this is true and very common.
Moreover, it is very common that the PROMO / WHITE LABEL PROMO /
PROMO ONLY single has a cut-out hole/ reside of cellophane tape/ writing .
When the Radio/ TV station received the singles from each record company,
they put the paper/sticker of control number/info on the Sleeve / Jacket.
When they clear them off, they or the buyer cut/peel the paper/sticker off.
If they did beautifully, the Sleeve / Jacket has almost no damage.
But most of the single (including normal released ones) which was kept in Radio / TV station
has some damages on the sleeve / Jacket and it is quite common condition.
Whether you believe or not this, it is true story.
