Description
On offer ist the FIRST album by DAVID BOWIE as GER 100% ORIGINAL FIRSTPRESSING from 1967, released on the mighty DERAM label with the Stereocatnr. SML 1007 and "ROYAL-SOUND" labels. Record is cleaned on V.P.I. cleaning machine and completely audio checked: The heavy vinyl has a lots of hairlines and deeper scratches, unexplainable how this could happend, but fact is; it looks visual just fair or worn. BUT: It plays pressureful and with good dynamic, undestroyable vinyl, crackles permanently in the backround, also a FEW louder clicks are notable, but not to much, track 1 on side 1 is trashed, here are two small deeper marks which causes a few short skips, rest of the record plays throughout without skips or even sticks (FAIR). The fully laminated cover is partly damaged at the bottom (see scan), otherwise in o.k. condition, with intact seams and free of writing, tears, splits, tapes, stamps ect., in very good+ (vg+) condition. Still acceptable for Bowie completists or collectors of worldwide rare records....., A EXTREME RARITY, just a FEW copys sold here, as GER pressing much more seldom than the rare U.K. issue I guess ...................
