This album is from my own record collection, bought by me on release in 1972.

Cover shows on rear, “Gem Production and no Mainman “

Cover does not have “ HH” price code on rear

VICTOR under RCA logo , on bottom right .

Glossy orange label with Titanic/ Chrysalis credits

Record Label shows “STEREO “ as per 1st press

Matrices on dead vinyl side 1 : BGBS 0864 1E

Side 2 : BGBS 0865 1E

Cover is in excellent condition, no tears, folds or creases although there is faint biro mark on front cover. ( see pic)

The vinyl is excellent and plays from start to finish without any sticks or jumps, and only very faint surface noice at run in and run out, when there is ( only) silence

Inner sleeve with original photo and lyrics is in good general condition with just minor age related patina marks in places.

This is a lovely example of a rare collectible Bowie classic, particularly as it is 50 years old.

I’m downsizing my collection as moving house later this year.
