At first glance this looks like nothing special, but it is a rare record.
It is the Space Oddity / Changes / Velvet Goldmine EP (first released in 1975 as RCA 2593) with the BOW 518 number that was given to it in June 1983 as part of the 'Lifetimes' reissues. But it is not from the 'Lifetimes' series. There is no 'Lifetimes' logo and the label layout, rim text and font clearly date this as a late eighties release (the layout and rim text was used between 1985-1989, but the rim text font would suggest that it is nearer the end of this period).
This is a UK release (the labels say Manufactured in England) and is NOT the black label re-issue of RCA 2593.
The disk has various fine marks, especially on side two. I've listened to both sides and it plays without problems, although there is background noise and clicks. The three tracks probably play-grade as Very Good plus (VG+) for 'Space Oddity', Very Good (VG) for 'Changes' and Excellent minus (Ex-) for 'Velvet Goldmine', but I'm assuming that anyone buying it will be adding it to a collection, rather than wanting a copy for playing.
