Description
David Bowie Hunky Dory LP - 1971, RCA UK # SF 8244/LSP-4623. This is a pre-Mainman 1971 UK edition, in which the cover has a green tinge not present on later reissues. It also includes the lyric sheet. The cover is in very good condition with minor scuffing, a couple of small brown age spots, and a small '9' in blue ink on the top right of the back cover only noticeable when held at a certain angle in the light as it's blue on black - see photo. The vinyl is in mint condition with no visible marks. The inner sleeve is in very good condition with a couple of brown age spots and minor ring wear.
A big Bowie vinyl fan in the 80s, this is from my personal collection and is one of a number of vinyl items I'll be selling as I no longer have a decent turntable.
The LP will be posted in thick cardboard to protect the item, which does unfortunately make it expensive to post. Tracking and/or insurance can also be organised at extra cost if required. The package will be under 500g so for Australian customers, the LP can be posted with Australia Post for $8.50 with tracking. International postage, including signature on delivery, is between $25 and $35 depending on location - please ask for a quote. If this sells for over $100 insurance and signature on delivery ($3 in Australia, $5 elsewhere) need to be added - please wait for invoice before paying.
I do combine postage and I am happy to wait up to three weeks to post if people want to bid on items in multiple auctions.
Please note Australia Post can be slow at times, especially during peak seasonal periods. Please allow a slightly longer time frame for delivery than eBay suggests. International customers please note that customs clearance times vary from country to country and this is not calculated in the time frame eBay suggests for delivery. Known issues exist with Canada (add 2-4 weeks), Israel (add 2-3 weeks), UK, France, Germany and Asia Pacific (add 1-2 weeks). Please only purchase if you agree to these time frames. We commit to shipping your purchase in a timely manner but circumstances outside our control may cause a short delay. Please choose your postage carefully as there may be more than one option.
