The sound quality is quite good, being a soundboard recording from the early seventies. Unfortunately, there are a couple of glitches on some of the tracks (All The Young Dudes, Moonage Daydream) but these faults were on the original master tapes from which the records were pressed. There is a slight jump on "Space Oddity". This is however an historical concert & a great momento of the occasion.
Info: An interesting read about this last Ziggy concert is to be found at The Ziggy Stardust Companion site. This record is a real collectors item & a great reminder of those heady days.
VINYL: For it's age the vinyl is in very good condition. There are some surface marks but it still plays fine & is an enjoyable listen. SLEEVE: The sleeve is in good condition. It is one of those paste over sleeves on a plain white card sleeve. There is slight damage to the top right hand corner of the sleeve (rear) where the paper has come away slightly from the card. This could easily be stuck down. The top & bottom edges are split. The back of the sleeve is blank. These vinyl recordings of early Bowie gigs are now very collectible so get your bid in!
