On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by David Bowie called "David Bowie" and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Philips label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST LPS ON THE PHILIPS LABEL (AND ONE OF DAVID BOWIES RAREST LPs EVER!) - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS ON RELEASE BACK IN 1969 - AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  AND ALTHOUGH THIS LP ISNT IN MINT CONDITION - IT IS STILL A VERY PRESENTABLE EXAMPLE AND PLAYS VERY WELL INDEED (I JUST PLAYED IT END TO END JUST NOW!)!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS PHILIPS LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!   This is the ORIGINAL Philips UK 1st Pressing from 1969 and is SERIOUSLY rare in EVERY respect!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SBL 7912 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Philips label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl at first glance looks BRILLIANT!!!!  Under normal room conditions - it has a SUPERB glossy shine, with only a very VERY few VERY light lines barely visible!!!!  It also plays VERY well indeed (I just played it end to end just now!)!!!!  However it is only when you study this record under VERY bright light - that you can see quite a few VERY light hairlines, and a few light surface marks (NON sounding!)!!!!  So although it looks a LOT better at first glance and plays VERY well - I will be MEGA STRICT with my grading!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO nasty loud pops, only a few MEGA light clicks (though mostly NONE!), NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must MEGA STRICTLY visually grade Fair+ (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - though I am very VERY certain most would grade FAR higher (though I prefer to be MEGA strict to avoid any disapointment!)!!!!  And the playing grade is WAY better than this - and this record plays VERY well indeed!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press Gatefold Cover is in GREAT condition overall - and still VERY solid and presentable!!!!  It has NO sticker marks, only VERY slight 'touching in' the VERY edges, NO sticker tears, only slight 'touching in' to the spine, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), only some very VERY slight rubbing (MILES better than most!), NO ringwear, only 2 or 3 TINY wear traces (NOT sticker marks!) to the cover back (these are absolutely TINY and very VERY hard to spot!), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in GREAT condition with NO yellowing, NO grubbyness, only VERY slight rubbing, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good(Minus) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is still a VERY solid and VERY presentable example indeed!!!!  THIS LP MAY NOT BE 100% PERFECT (THOUGH IT IS STILL VERY PRESENTABLE AND PLAYS VERY WELL!) - BUT IT IS OF THE UTMOST RARITY AND ALMOST NEVER SEEN!!!!  SO THIS IS CERTAINLY AN AMAZINGLY RARE CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN THIS INCREDIBLE LP AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN THE HUGE FORTUNE REQUIRED TO OWN A MINT COPY!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPRTUNITY!!!!
