GRADE: Vinyl = ( NM ) / Cover = ( VG+ )

This auction is for the David Bowie - “Be My Wife“ b/w “Speed of Life“ 45 rpm vinyl record on RCA Records. The RCA stock number is PB 1017 which is a 1977 pressing from Germany. The vinyl is near mint. The labels are pristine. The cover is in great condition. It has some creasing however there are no seam splits (see scans). This is a very nice copy.

GENERAL CONDITION GRADING

( S )  SEALED = VINYL - assumed mint, never opened.

( M )  MINT = VINYL - absolutely perfect in every way, never played.

( NM )  NEAR MINT

= VINYL - is nearly perfect with no obvious signs of wear. COVER - Should have no creases, folds, seam splits or cut-off holes.

( VG+ )  VERY GOOD PLUS

= VINYL - may have scuff marks, very light scratches and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly with only barely detectable crackles or pops. A slight noise at the beginning is allowable. COVER - may only have the slightest signs of normal wear.

( VG )  VERY GOOD

= VINYL - has light scratches, may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, and no more loudly than the music. COVER - has normal wear such as ring wear and split seams.

( G )  GOOD

= VINYL - Has scratches, may have continuous crackles, pops and significant surface noise. COVER - has more than normal wear and tear.

( P )  POOR

= VINYL - is cracked, badly warped and won't play through without skipping or repeating. COVER - barely keeps the record inside.
