The condition of the gatefold cover is a nice EX+ (see photos), no cut-outs, seam splits or writing.  The condition of the disc is also a nice EX+, very close to my top M- grade, just a few light sleeve scuffs noted.  The vinyl exhibits a brilliant gloss and it plays great!
