If there is a defect I didn't notice or you disagree with my rating then I will HAPPILY refund you in full including shipping. I will pay for its return or give a partial refund if you want to keep it. 99% of records arrive within 2 - 3 weeks. Occasionally 4 weeks. Please contact me directly if it hasn't arrived at 3 weeks. NZ Post charge $50 to send it tracked so unless you want to pay this then it won't be. They will trace it if it does not arrive. This can take up to 3 months so I will refund at 3-4 weeks and follow it up so you don't have to wait. If I get it back I will contact you in case you still want it.
