Danzig's second album, II: Lucifuge opens with the soul-selling "Long Way Back From Hell", but make no mistake about it, as the eleven song recording of savage darkness, remains hellbound and horn-hooked from start to brutal close. There is no escaping Hell on II: Lucifuge.

Twisting metal with dark blues, topped off by Glenn's sadistic vocal delivery, II: Lucifuge cracks the whip with vengeance. You have been warned.

Danzig's self-titled debut from 1988 was cut from The Cult cloth. That isn't the case on album number two from the black mass Danzig clan. Produced by Rick Rubin, the 1990 graveyard recording is a sinister offering as evident by "Tired of Being Alive", "Killer Wolf", "Her Black Wings", "777", and set ender "Pain in the World".
