Condition Vinyl: EX (practically M- has some very very light paper scuffs)
Condition Sleeve: VG+ (very very subtle yellowing from age -- tiny paper split on bottom seam about 1" long.  seam is still intact)
Comment: Phenomenal obscure private, slightly psychedelic folk and rock record out of upstate NY.  Great vocals, guitar work, drums, flute & vibes.  Super super recommended! Don't sleep on this one!

All records graded visually. I grade conservatively on a scale of Sealed, M-, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, G.
