Description
Nice playing copy of this classic soul/funk album from 1970 by Curtis Mayfield, including the sublime Move On Up.
The gatefold sleeve is in decent order overall – just has a little feathering to the corners, some mild edgewear and general wear. It easily grades VG++ to Excellent minus.
The vinyl plays through well with a little surface noise at the start and at times between tracks - this doesn't impact on the music and there are no sticks, jumps or consistent tics. There are some hairlines and marks, but nothing feelable. It grades VG+ to VG++.
The black and silver labels are in excellent order.
Supplied with an original lined white inner sleeve in very good condition.
There are few early UK presses of this Curtis Mayfield classic around at a sensible price - so don't miss this one! It should find a place in every collection.
