Structurally sound, tight seams. It’s not split, but something has scratched (or nibbled?) the paper on the top right corner. Ring and edge wear. Light staining on bottom 1/4 of cover. (see photos)

 

Record: strong VG+

Vinyl is nice and clean, no scratches. Labels are clean with no spindle marks or writing.
