A Note about "Best Offers": 1. Although we accept "Best Offers", please don't send over offers looking for 30-70% off of the listing price and expect a response....and "yes", people have done that! 2. Also, we usually do not go back and forth with offers and counteroffers. Make a reseanable offer and we'll accept it...We respect your time, please respect ours...THANK YOU! Payment Terms:1. Bid is payable via PayPal: Fast; easy; secure payment. 2. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE HELD until they clear our bank - NO EXCEPTIONS! 3. Monies must be received within 10 days of auction end or auction is void. Notes about shipping/handling:
1. Insurance is an additional charge......We are not responsible for orders shipped without insurance!!!!
2. We usually ship within 3 business days of payment.
3. He Who Has An Ear needs to charge a handling fee because eBay caps shipping for LPs at $4.00. No seller can safely get your LP delivered to you for $4.00. The USPS Media
Mail rate w/tracking is just over $3.10. Each year the USPS raises this rate, but eBay fails to raise the cap on shipping in the LP category. Also, eBay now takes an ADDITIONAL % of the shipping that
you pay to a seller(on a single LP, its about .50 cents)....so that leaves about .40 cents to cover the actual packaging and labor to get your purchase on its way to you. One place you don't want sellers to cut-corners is on the packaging used to secure your purchase as it travels through countless miles of conveyors and handlers on its way to you. So, please understand, He Who Has An Ear is just trying to
provide you with the best opportunity for a purchase arriving safely, within the constraints of eBay. Nobody is retiring here on shipping and handling...believe me. Oh, and did we mention the PayPal Fees??!
4. We use a professional VPI record cleaning machine to clean each LP prior to shipping to ensure your best audio experience!
5. Additional LPs ship for only $1/each!!

Misc. Terms:
Please ask any and all questions
PRIOR to bidding !!
A note about returns:
Yes, eBay would like paint crime scene "caution" tape all over our's and others' auctions because we do not accept returns. But, as usual there are 2 sides to every story....
We do NOT accept returns for LPs that sell for $10 or more, unless agreed to prior to the purchase. WHY? Because we have been burned a couple of times when we shipped some
very high priced, very high quality vinyl out to a "customer". The customer asked to return the item(s), and we agreed. What we got back was our original LP cover with a vinyl of
lesser grade than was sold. So, they pulled the old switch-a-roo on us, and those days are gone. Take a look at our feedback (and our view on the eBay Feedback playing field below)....we know what we're doing....bid with confidence.

A note about eBay Feedback:
Remember when eBay actually gave sellers an equal voice in the "feedback" department? We do. Unfortunately over the years eBay has seen fit to strip almost all of the sellers rights
by silencing that voice. At this point, sellers can only leave "Positive" feedback for a buyer. This basically means that buyers have the ability to extort performance and/or funds
from eBay sellers for the sake of a favorable feedback score. He Who Has An Ear has made a policy decision that we will NOT cave into feedback abuse/extortion. So, you may see a couple of "negative" feedback scores from folks who are more or less trying to get something for nothing and using the feedback system for leverage. eBay has very little interest to maintaining the policies and forum that made it such a great place for sellers and buyers to engage in commerce. If you have concerns, please contact us directly....

A final thought:
Between the listing fees, final value fees, shipping limits, mandatory PayPal payments, and slanted feedback policies....you might be asking "It must be very hard to actually try to make a couple of extra bucks on eBay for the family during these tough times?"...."YES, it is".
You might also be asking "Is this why all my favorite mom & pops, small dealers, and non-Walmart types have left/are leaving eBay? Unfortunate, but the answer appears to be "Yes".

Keep your favorite sellers on eBay....fight for the classic eBay community of commerce!!
Contact eBay, let them know that as a buyer/bidder, you support more choice and seller rights reform!!!
