Counting Crows - August and Everything Ever After RARE vinyl 1993

Made in Holland
Classic rock album from early 90's which still sounds fresh and relevant today.
Owned from new and taken care of.
Outer Sleeve = Near Mint condition. No fading of sleeve and a crisp straight spine. Very slightly squashed bottom left corner (there from day one of purchase)
Record = Generally in excellent condition - having not been played much
Record recently played on quality turntable - and plays very well throughout - although:
Very light surface noise and light cracking in a couple of places on quieter tracks - Ghost train and Raining in Baltimore.
Some light finger marking on play off grooves and last track on each side (see label photo)
Inner bag = Printed lyric sleeve and band photo in good condition. Bag has a 5cm split along spine - see photos (again there from day one of purchase).
