Inspired by the recent Live Earth concert held on 7th July 2007, Halo Furnishings, award winning furniture designers, commissioned 3 bespoke chairs, inspired by 3 of the acts performing at the London event.
The chairs are absolutely unique, one-off pieces which commemorate this fantastic event.
The Madonna inspired chair is in the style of her famous purple body corset, complete with ribbon detail and 3-D effect on an antique silver coloured frame.The Corrine Bailey-Rae inspired chair features beautiful butterflies and is very much in keeping with her style. A natural wooden frame is complemented by a pleated pale skirt seat with hand painted design on the back.
The Red Hot Chilli Peppers inspired chair is upholstered on an antique gold frame with stunning red velvet to the seat and back. It also features the outline of their logo, and even real chilli’s!
All the proceeds from these chairs are being given
to the WWF (The World Wildlife Fund) a charity supported by Live Earth.
