"The Complete Pacific Jazz Studio recordings of The Chet Baker Quartet with Russ Freeman". Mosaic MR4 122. I believe the lid of the box was attached at the side when new, this one is not. Otherwise just light shelf to box. The insert is used but still clean. The discs themselves are all in very nice condition, with a couple of faint surface marks on a couple of sides. This was a review copy sent to the late Brian Davis, there is no inscription and the inner front cover of the insert simply states "This is one of a an edition limited to 7500 album".
