GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER):  VG++ some wear to corners and edges.  lower right corner is split.  Tape on spine.  Very minor rub wear to front cover.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD):   All records are VG++ or NM.  The VG++ sides have very very light surface needle marks.  The NM sides are spotless

ADDITIONAL NOTES:   Has original booklet in VG++ condition.  Very light crease marks near binding.
