Released by Saravah. Catalog No. SH 10 007.
On the famed Nurse With Wound list, this is the first LP by French avant-jazz-psych group, the Cohelmec Ensemble. Features Joseph Dejean (Full Moon Ensemble) on guitar; other musicians include Francois & Jean-Louis Mechali, Jean Cohen, and Evan Chandley. Very hard to find item on Pierre Barouh’s Saravah label.
A note about the condition: there is a tiny mark on side two, track three, which on some turntables may cause a slight “jump.” The disc is otherwise very clean and plays well. Cover has some light scuffing to the back of the gatefold and a little wear around the edges, all around very nice. Inside is bright. Here is your chance to get a copy of this French avant-jazz rarity for a sane price.
