Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY album ( released in early 1970’s ) of Cliff, coming with complete appendices. As title indicates, this album includes 20 love tracks of Cliff. The disc & booklet are housed in textured box-cover. The booklet is 8 pages, showing "Japanese description", “English lyrics” & “Photo of Cliff ". It’s hard to find this item in any condition even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/EX+ ( Cover/Disc )

COVER: Cover is stained with brown stops in places on the surface of each side ( including outer-edges of front-lid ). Otherwise it has otherwise none of any tear, edge-wear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a slight scratch on Side A. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff & hairline, which is to be rated as “EX+”. No flaw on the groove of Side B.

OBI: G, being creased on the surface of each side, with a folding crease in the middle. Supply-tag in the top of back is torn off ( partly missing ).

BOOKLET: VG, being lightly creased & stained in places on the surface of each page.
