Description

CHUCK BERRY - AFTER SCHOOL SESSION, Chess LP-1426, deep groove pressing.

This is an original pressing of Chuck Berry's very first LP, issued in 1957. The tunes are Schoolday, Deep Feeling, Too Much Monkey Business, Wee Wee Hours, Roly Poly, No Money Down, Brown Eyes Handsome Man, Berry Pickin', Together We Will Always Be, Havana Moon, Down Bound Train, Drifting Heart.

Condition of record is E-, some light scuffing, no scratches, several spindle marks, plays very well with minimal surface noise. Jacket shows some overall wear, top and bottom seams are repaired with clear tape.

M = Mint. Brand new, unplayed. We never use the term "mint" to describe a used record, no matter how clean the record is.
E = Excellent. Some evidence of having been played, with no audible defect.
V = Very Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
G = Good. Not really all that good. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear.
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.
