Description

Here's the rare Debut Album with the original album cover from '56.  The cover has a 3"seem split on the top center and a 1/2" split on the bottom center, could be re-glued easily. Also a little dirty on the back and a name is written in ink.  Overall the album cover is in great condition. Both LP sides are in great shape with only a couple of very tiny scuffs from sliding into its paper sleeve. Vinyl grades a very strong VG+++, some would grade M-.  

A super copy from Chicago's Chess records. This LP features School Day which reached #1 on the R&B charts and is the second LP issued by Chess.
