CONDITION: Cover & Vinyl are NM / NM, this record is still in the original shrink wrap. Vinyl is in fantastic condition, jacket has minimal scuffing. This record is among the top 5 most rare psych records to come out of Canada. Mint copies fetch upwards of $1500. Psych fans know it is virtually unheard-of to see this LP in such magnificent condition. Get this item while you can!
