This album could have easily been graded as VG, as it has visible light scratches that I think would be common and acceptable... however... there seems to be an unordinary scratch on the song midnight hour. I say unordinary because I'm sensing that someone's little brother or sister knew the owner really loved this particular song and intentionally marred this record only on that song.... I guess I'm making shit up here, but really the rest of the album is very listenable and very much enjoyable.
Tested on 2 turntables-  the needle jumped on "the scratch" a few times on one turntable but on the other turntable it played right through with some noise of course. 
Cover still in original shrink wrap and in very good condition.
