 Cheesecake 1950s Pinup Model June Wilkinson LP  Cover

 This is a 1950s LP, titled "Love Mood" by Johnny Duffy, but the real interest here is the cover.  Pinup model June Wilkinson who posed for this cover, was one of the most photographed nude models of the day posing for hundreds of magazines, June got her start in her career in London in 1955 to late 1956 as a topless dancer.   By 1957 , her fully developed 5-foot-6, 128 pound, 43-22-36 proportions (with her uppermost assets harnessed in a 36DD bra) had already made her the most sensational new British temptress- and America learned the good news the following year courtesy of playboy. Junes career took off in the late 50s through the 1970s in both stage and movies such as Career Girl (1959) Macumba Love (1960) Twist All night (1962) and The Candidate (1964) just to name a few , she also stared  as an accomplished stage actress in Pajama Tops in 1961, which shattered house records wherever it played around the country, and had a 1964 stint  on Broadway.  Image #4  is one of Junes early pinups (Note; this 8"x10" pinup is not included in this auction)

Condition;  This cover is in pretty good  shape, bright colors and no yellowing  has a little stain on front right upper corner  it has some seam splitting on the top left upper end  for about 3", Record is pretty clean, I don't see any scratches if one  Cares to play it,  June  does not preform on this record anyway! Cover would look good framed.
