12" vinyl LP record

Record is in EX condition.  Couple of light scratches.  Very light to no background noise.  Light label and center hole are excellent.  Sounds excellent.  No skips.
Cardboard sleeve is in VG condition.  Light ring wear.  Scuffs on the front.  2" split.
Rolling paper is creased.
