Description
Up for auction is a rare original mono pressing of the Charlie Rouse ‘Bossa Nova Bacchanal' LP on Blue Note Records BLP-4119. Other musicians include Kenny Burrell, Chauncey Westbrook, Lawrence Gales, Willie Bobo, Potato Valdez, and Garvin Masseaux.
Record info:
Strong VG+, very close to NM with some very minor scuffs and minimal surface noise. It plays great!
Cover info:
Strong VG+ with solid seams with some minor wear and some denting on two corners. The back cover has a 'Review Copy' promo stamp on it. It comes with the original Blue Note Records inner sleeve.
Label / Pressing info:
Original New York USA label press with Van Gelder stamp and Ear logo on both sides in the dead wax area.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
