Description
Original deep-groove pressing of Charlie Parker "Story" on the dark red and silver labels of Savoy MG-12079. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. The laminated cover is the rare, original design, with a drawing of Parker seated on a high-back chair. The artwork for this cover was replaced with a variety of black and white images. Some wear to the lower left corner; lamination rubbing to the top corners; very light, almost imperceptible, water mark on left edge of back slick, with no paper damage.
