Charlie Parker With Strings Capitol Album C-101, 45 RPM
The "Charlie Parker With Strings" album in LP format is rare and expensive. This is the 45 RPM version. There are four 45s contained in the box, along with liner notes and a picture of Parker. Eight songs are played, 'Temptation '/'Autumn in New York', 'If I Should Lose You'/'April in Paris', 'Summertime'/'I Didn't Know What Time it Was', and 'Just Friends'/'Everything Happens to Me'. The first three records listed are in very good condition. There is very little surface noise and no loud pops. The fourth record is warped and cannot be played. The box lid is split on two corners. Two of the record sleeves are original and two are not. Postage (media rate) is $4.00. Payment is expected within 36 hours of auction close. I have other albums, take a look!
